I'd like to try a leg press machine sometime. Curious about how it feels.
My best squat for multiple reps has been 385#, but that was a while ago.
i've never squatted that much in my life.
No where near it now either. Been sticking with 240 to 250 for reps now.
Been having some back issues for a bit now, finally figured it out too.
I've added a lot of bulk to my upper body (arms, shoulders, chest and back) in the last 6 months. However I was babying my lower back so it hasn't really been trained to handle the extra weight. On top of that, I started pushing my abs a little more. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
Working on it now though and it is helping a lot!
