I love lifting weight as much as I do running. I just can't stand doing abs. 1 or 2 sets and I just stop, I use to work them like a machine back in high school, but I'm just sick of it now. My current favorite work out is pull ups, wide grip as close to my chest as I can get. I love pullups! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> I've started doing abs while I hang form the pullup bar. Fun times!

i'm actually a pretty mellow, go with the flow guy. lately i'm giving klink the impression i'm testy, aggressive, and short fused.
somethin like 90% of our communication isn't verbal, so i don't blame him.

For long distance, I need my iPod to run. Keeps my mind off the pain/heat/etc. and body pumped. For short harder runs, I find my earbuds distracting and I lose concentration on form.

My old baby..Toyota MR2. That's actually where I got the MR in my user name from. On car and bike forums (which I hardly check now), I actually use MRpilot.
