Today is not my strong suits but it is one of my favorite lifts, bench. Tri-ceps and bis are what I would consider my most competitive lifts.

Today is a sad day. Big mama (my fish) died. I went to say hi to her before heading to work and there she was sideways and motionless at the bottom of the seafloor... I went to the range after work and put 21 rounds of .45 center of the paper. She was 6 years old. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

wow, six years... really sorry to hear about your fish kenken. what kinda fish was she? i was thinking about getting one or some whenever i move.

yeah 6 years is a long time for tank fish. I don't know exactly what kind of fish she is but cause of death is Ichthyophthirius multifiliis or just ich. She had ich a few times over the past few years but I usually find out right away and I was able to give her treatment before it was too late.

Big mama had been the only fish in my 30gallon tank for over 4 years now. I had a few in it before but she would end up eating them one by one...
