Anybody ever have sturgeon? They can get pretty big. Our meal. girlfriend's dad doing the cooking bass (left) and sturgeon (right). sturgeon has a texture similar to chicken. life couldn't get any better. My feller DAWG, you need to come to BC my friend....and fish the FRASER RIVER for sturgy! World record was set here..... This Sturgeon was caught on the Fraser River just above the Mission bridge.. It weighed out at over 1000lbs and measured out at 11'1". It was 56" around the girth.
