you didn't buy a Dogfather, your a moron.  I have ben looking to buy an S7 knife for years. I have inquired from the cheapest custom knifemakers on how much and these makers quoted me prices in the mid 300's. These same makers make regular 1095 and 5160 knives for the low 100's..  Then comes the DF and it litterally blows the doors off of everything on the market.

I concur with Cobalt...I have been interested in S7 and the lowest qoute I ever got for one was low 300s...and that was for a 9", 1/4 thick blade! The Dog Father will certainly beat the baby shat out of ANY other S7 blade!!! Hell you can get 2 sheathed DFs for the less than a normal smaller blade!
