For those who don't eat much BBQ they are pretty decent, but to a true BBQ fan they are like the mcdonald's of pit cooking

I remember when I was younger,tried to copy what I saw on TV.
Got a few slabs of ribs
cooked um for 12 hours
wood chunks for smoke...
well,I had 4 slabs of charcoal
BUT they LOOKED REALLY GOOD!!!
