Obviously with everything that went on, Patti was not able to respond to our e-mails. But I know that several of us, myself included, sent requests to her to combine DF & sheath orders to save shipping charges. If we received an auto-response from her, should we assume that she received our requests and that our orders will be combined? Or should we e-mail our requests to her again?
Alternatively, if Patti wants to respond to us but she lacks the time or the energy to reply to each of our e-mails individually, perhaps she could post a list of all of the invoice numbers that will be combined. That way she could respond to everyone who sent her a request at the same time. If we don't see our invoice numbers on the list, we could e-mail Patti a second request.
Last but not least, if combining orders adds more stress to your current situation, I for one would be happy to pay the additional $8.95 shipping charge for my sheath order. It's just not that big a deal to me, particularly when compared to what you guys have just gone through.

You should have no worries, if by chance we miss it we will make it good, but you should be in good shape.
