Looking for ALL input MM- didn't mean to sound like just Vic's was important. I am truly hoping to see changes on the Reg- otherwise- what was the point. Good luck with your job interview Mag, I hope it works out the way you want it to. Quite honestly, I wouldn't want a job where I didn't get paid commision, but outside the military that's all I've ever known. That way I am in control of how much money I make, nobody else is.
