That's right, forgot about my folders. They must be feeling left out
Mora's are great for those friends who want to "borrow" your knives, and for those of us with less of our wealth invested into hardcore steel

I hate where this nation is headed with guns and knives. Hell in a hand basket.

Practice the stropping a bit on a knife you don't really care about. It's incredibly easy to push just a bit too hard and take off the nice sharp edge you just spent a lot of time getting perfect. Light and easy is the way to go with stropping.

Oooh! Stropping time! I could spend hours stropping my knives. I just love that super sharp edge.

I'm still mulling over getting a belt sander, but I gotta admit I find a couple hours hand-sanding blades to be almost therapeutic after a long day at work analyzing data and writing papers.

Unless we learn from history, we are destined to repeat it. Remember Rome, England...we don't cling forcefully enough to our freedom, and treasure it for all the ways it blesses our lives. We are slowly worn down to a state of apathy, ignorance or hopelessness, and then the steady tides induced from moral relativism, and cultural/societal erosion roll in and sweep us away.

Geez, Recon, your logo scares the crap out of me lol

Yeah, some folks don't care much for my self portrait.

I know what you mean. I am really looking forward to it, myself. I guess I can practice on a kitchen knife. I'll start with the sandpaper and work to the strop.

Eloquently said CR. I feel like we are on that downward spiral and there is no turning back. I could spend hours ranting on the subject. Wow, I could spend hours doing a lot of things...lol.

So I pulled out my Strider SMF at work tonight, to open a micro SD card for some B, and the moment I opened it and it locked with authority, her (middle aged, overweight, used and abused....and rich) comment was:

"I didn't realize I had to worry for my life while shopping!"....

I died a little inside. People are freaking pathetic.

Enjoy every sandwich.

You know, this whole knife thing I think is payback for getting that whole firearms in national parks thing passed. Those bastards!
