hmmm. anyone know if the DMV gives you your title the day you go to register and get your plates or if they mail it to you later or what?

I need a regulator bowie, then I need to have a nice scandi grind applied. Maybe a stainless guard and maybe a different handle. Certainly a scandi grind, heck there is plenty of steel to work with at .333 inches.
