I got my Dog Father last night. WOW Talk about Heavy Duty! This thing is very beefy yet suprisingly only weights 22oz, about as much as my SH-E but DF's weight is entirely upfront and will easily outchop the Steel heart, probably the Battle rat too. Shaves hair which I didn't expect, nice! Overall I'm really impressed and glad I got the Dog Father. Well done Scrapyard team!

Congratulations! From all the pics I've seen, those edges look mighty sweet.

How about a Steel Heart pic Greens? I have been interested in the SE ever since Jerry said they would rerelease the SE for the 15th anniversary but in INFI.

greens, ...From Top to bottom: Dog Father, Battle Rat & Scrapper 6. greens, cool shot there. Are the res-C handles the Exact Same on all three? Or is the Scrapper 6 handle smaller somehow? ..just curious.. i missed out on Scrapper 6.. it's my next buy.. i Won't miss again! I really Dig the Res-C handle on Dog Father.. it works VERY well while chopping, very forgiving, good control, doesn't impart arm pump when chopping for long periods, fits me like a glove.. although those with Large Andy Wayne-sized hands *may* find it a bit cramped. Imo.. a Perfect chopper handle.

Yep. The handles on both DF and Scrapper6 are exactly the same size. I totally agree with you on the Resiprene C. It's my favorite handle material. I like it more than micarta because it's comfortable and tough, not to mention easy to clean, dirt and mud doesn't stick to it anyway.
