I have some problem to order in order form online, when it ask me adress don't accept internetional. There are other options that I don't see?

Hi Molletta,
on the shopsite they advice international customers to fill in zeros for the state and postalcode and later email them the correct shipping address.
I've tried that but it didn't worked.When I wrote something into the state field ("CO" was what I've put in) it went trough.
Maybe you could try that.

"CO" in the state field means "Colorado," and probably ISN'T what you want to do - although its probably already done!
Both of you might want to email Patti and make sure your orders are being processed correctly - I THINK you're supposed to do a "print and call" for international orders, but I could be wrong.
Maybe someone else knows more on this.

Yes,know what you mean diceman,thanks for the heads-up.
For me the zero thing didn't work and I put in Colorado and emailed afterwards,giving the correct shipping information,just like you are supposed to do anyway as international customer.
Would you recommend to send them a second mail though?
