Friday morning and the BEAST of all BEASTS is STILL for sale!

Big Dog must have made a warehouse full of them!

I never expected them to last more than a day.

Now if Dan can make as many $45.00 Skellys that would be fine as well.

Peace.

Some people just never learn.

Wow, I would have expected the bowl to have been torn apart!

i'm not suprised yet. the combination of the price tag(although very reasonable considering), christmas, and people already owning a DF contributed to the availability.

If/ WHEN he makes a $45 skelly, i think they will sell out in a matter of hours.

I too think Dan made plenty of DFLEs, so the bowl is taking a little time to be emptied, but once it is, I don't think we'll see this particular flavor again for a long time. That made it significant to me. I didn't need it, but this one represented something special to me too. So I couldn't pass it up if at all possible.

i was surprised when in the 40 minutes between ordering PoP's knife, which i think was one of the first ten sold, and ordering my own, only about 50 dfle's had sold.

I passed on this one but hope to get in on the next. my last yard purchase was the guard. I'm crying but I have strayed and boughten plenty of other high quality knives.

Some orders may have been for more than one knife, Magnum. I think the DFLE will eventually become one of the most sought after big knives made. It represents the the ultimate in Scrap Yard knives. Given the work it took to make them, I don't expect to see anything this big in satin again from the Yard for a long time, if ever. I am tickled that I got in on this offering.
