We just got the call from our NEW LANDLORD!!! WE GOT THE HOME!!!!!!

Sorry but we are all DANCING here in beautiful Delavan Wisconsin!!

I can only give it up to prayer and pure positive energy,not to mention my dear God.
We have had all the negative turned around into the most positive experience in our lives!
What a true blessing this is for us. With 3 kids and their "friends" 5 bedrooms is just right!

Oldest son is getting married Feb 29th 08 and our middle son has a significant other.
Our daughter still lives at home and has a myriad of friends through school so this very large home on 5 acres is just what we always dreamed of!

This is so sweet! Thank you all so much for all of the smoke,prayers, good thoughts you sent our way! It has payed off in glorious fashion!!!


Got to pack now....oh noooo the cable company!!! Got to call the cable company and change service...need my 10mb download stream!!!Yikes,the power company and the gas company! CRIPES WE NEED A TRUCK TO RENT!!!!!! I better go, we have some calls to make!

Alright guys, this is the reason we are holding our breath. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />

After Fridays visit by the landlord saying home sold move we went out in a blizzard/ice storm on Saturday
afternoon to look at what sounded too good to be true.
It is.

The house site on 5 acres. Has 6 VERY LARGE out buildings that mean nothing to us as the owner of the property
keeps stuff in them. The home is completely remodeled. First floor far right is the Master bedroom and bath
with a walk in closet the size of a bedroom. Two and a half car attached garage with elect. opener is on the left in the picture.
The original and main house is the center two story portion,eat in kitchen,dining room, living room, family room, 2 1/2 baths down 1 bath up.

And 4 Bedrooms upstairs! Out back there is also a oak swing set for visiting children,and a 25 foot above ground pool!

The rent is only $150 more than we have been paying for 5 years and we just received a new job for $400.00 per month !!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />
I love the way God works.
Now this all depends on a pick of the litter being held on Tuesday.
We are asking for just a few more good thoughts up for us in getting this home chosen for us.<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />

This is a dream come true for us and any good mojo,smoke,prayers our way would be appreciated so much. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

Got to love the owner for this one. He doesn't want anyone who wants to move soon either!
