I want something challenging. I was thinking leather sheaths with separate frogs or possibly a skandi style dangler. I would also like one with a pocket fr a very small knife like a Hartsook or Swarden. I may have the perfect companion blade for the DFLE in a small thin pearing style fixed blade by Victorinox. It can do all the things that the DFLE is to big for and it has a very similar plastic black handle. It would need just the tiniest little slit and would pretty much disappear next the the DFLE. I will take a photo later. It is like a SAK mini mora.

Leather for the LE, and nylon for the CG. At least that's my plan right now, give me 5 mins.

I got the nylon sheath, since I promised myself I would buy a dang sheath next time SY offered one for the knife being purchased. I doubt the plastic insert will scratch up my precious blade.
If I can make it dark, I can make it light.

I ordered one kydex sheath to try out, and I have one cordura and a couple of homemade leathers anyway! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I got the nylon sheath because I have some kydex laying around and have been meaning to make a sheath anyway.

I have never tried working with kydex, as leather can be enough! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
