Glad it was a serrated blade. I hate those!
+1. They're indispensible for cutting bread, however.

I have a Cold Steel bread knife. It works great. Now if Dan or Jerry had offered a bread knife instead of a steak knife, I might have been able to retire my CS! For a field knife, I prefer a straight edge. It is versatile and easier to sharpen. If the offering had been for another Urban Mutt, I would have given it a try on the old email stuff. That is a great knife.

My parents have a CS breadknife and its great!!

We'll see if I scored a serratormutt or not - I had computer/email issues!

we need more serations
serated recurves even better
serated yard guard/hook best

there are three mistakes in this post, see if you can spot them.

seems like some of the hogs called for the Mod Knife "before" the first dawg minute was up! [Linked Image from i5.tinypic.com]
so we may have done it dawgs, their starting to get their confirmation emails, no word on Mods yet, in either forum...

well, on the bussecombat home sight, the gogogogo was typed at 30 minutes after... I just never saw it until much later... so all those (hogs and dogs included) who flooded the emails at 55 minutes after... all found themselves on even playing ground. grrr

I am so pissed with the feeling that I may not score...

Oh well, guess I will sleep with my DogFather LE for comfort tonight.

It would have to be one hell of a knife to make me go through all that aggravation. If you missed out you could probably send a standard Muttly to someone like Justin and have it done. I think the standard Muttly is one heck of an impressive knife. It took me a while to figure out why the huge choil but it is because the Busse basic handles are so small. I can't wait for my OST sheaths for this bad boy.

Also Dan is sure getting [censored] good at the grinding ,and finish and edge quality on the last few knives. These were weak on the forst ones but now the fit and finish on all the new ones is up there with any other knife company with a few exceptions.

i thought hogs could hit go at :55, but any dogs that came in during the first minute jumped to the head of the line, not that they would get shoved back. but then again the more hogs at the back the better.

The time posted on the Busse Forum was incorrect. The real start time WAS 9:55. The time code is off on the Busse forum.
