On Saturday I received a few new sheaths from Jeff. I wanted to get a couple of XLoop sheaths for my Game Warden and Swamp Warden. Since these new sheaths match the sheath for my Active Duty, I thought I'd post pics for all three. I apologize for the somewhat blurry images. I really do need to get a little tripod.

The Active Duty, my favorite Busse:

The photogentic Game Warden. Every picture I've taken of this knife seems a little sharper than those of the other knives so, here are two of the showoff:

Finally, I wanted to try the XLoop for the skinny Swamp Warden. It seems like a secure sheath but, just in case, I also received a Kydex necker (not pictured):

Thanks for looking.

Jeff, thanks for your usual beautiful leather work.

I really like the Swamp Warden sheath. They all look great, though!

Bill, I think the pics look great. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Now that you've got more blades to leather pants, will the AD still be the favorite? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I've done so many kydex pants for SW's, I was really glad to get the opportunity to make some leather pants for one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I hope it works out well.

Thanks Guys, It's been a busy December... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I think the AD will retain its position as my favorite Busse. It is a great size and just feels good in my hand. As my overall favorite fixed blade EDC, however, it's still kind of thick and heavy to claim that title.

For what it's worth Jeff, regarding the Game Warden, I think the leather makes a much better sheath option than the Kydex I tried first. The Game Warden, in my opinion, is quite handle heavy and really needs the extra security provided by your leather sheath.

Man, those sure are nice looking. Not only that, I really like open top sheaths like that. When you are trying do sheath and re-sheath one-handed, they can't be beat <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
