I asked back in June about some Dumpster Mutts, and thought I was on some kind of notification list......

So I missed out on these.

Any idea when more are going to be released?

I just got a pair of sage colored chopweilers for myself and my son - I figured a couple of dumpster mutts would be ideal as field knives as well.

Hi Bravo 762, your best bet to find a Dumpster Mutt LE now is on the exchange. Either the Busse Kin exchange http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bussekinexchange/ or over on bladeforums.com

As for the original Dumpster Mutts, according to Dan, they won't be released the same again.

I love the new DMLE but did not like the first one. I think the first one won't be done again because the LE was an improvment but I would not be surprised to see a flat grind CG version of the LE. It is to good of a knife and I bet there are tons of small Busse basic handles because I think the only knife that used them was the Basic 3(which would make a cool re release in S7 or SR101)and the urban Mutt seems like a winner. We might see a 3/16th black no logo 90$ Mutt after the 52 minute sell out of the YKCG.

I want my spear point S8 first though.

There have been two Mutt releases and two more that were Mili Overruns. I bet we'll see more Mutts in some configuration again eventually.
