It's amazing how attached you can get to your animals, WD. Putting my dog down was one of the toughest things I ever had to do. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

how bout it bro, I know what you mean, I still feel it...

WD, I'm not sure which Timberlines I have. They are a mid. height boot with a Vibram sole. They have no Gortex lining but are all leather. They're a nice boot. I've always liked Timberline products.

I also have a couple pair of Danners. One is the older Sharptail model and the others are one of the less costly GTX styles. Danners are very nice and a little lighter than the Timberlines I think.

One can never have enough boots you know.

I agree WB. I'd like to get some Danners. Their is a custom Boot Maker here in PNW; http://www.viberg.com/firm.htm , and I've heard great things about them and would like to try them also.

walking/jogging, pushups and situps is about the best workout regimen there is.

my extremely unscientific answer would be start out with sets of 20. when you can do three sets each increase the number of reps. or go 30 seconds as many as you can and increase your time limits.

Thanks! I have been lifting, but i can't always get to the gym. I may do push ups to supplement on those days.
