I would like to thank Chris (valleytinworks) for having such a fine contest and delivering this mighty DFCG blade as a prize.
He said it had been abused but it wasn't that bad.

After about 30 minutes with a couple grits of sandpaper and another 20 minutes on a double sided bench stone she looks like this now.

actually I'm not even that funny, my sense of humor is kind of strange, I'm abnoxious and weird and people never find humor out of the stuff that I think is great.
I think I would have gone with "two peanuts were walking down the street and one was a salted"
I love that...
so what joke did you win the contest with?
BTW that DF looks good as new and ready for some more abuse!
