I had had enough of Spyderco talk and started looking for one.
I looked at all the models at some of my favorite discount new knife sites. I look all day last Saturday.
Went to E-Bay and searched through all the ones for sale.
I went to my twin bookshelf towers where I house my knife collection and pondered. I picked up, flicked,pushed buttons,pulled back on thumb thrusters. I polished a couple while I thought.
I hit the "other" forum exchange site and looked for a bargain.
After waisting a good 10 hours of Internet seeking I realized that it just won't do. I don't want or need another thin,light folder.
I don't need or want a different fixed edge blade.
I told my bride of my decision and she wasn't shocked at all. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />
She said she knew I was wasting my time and that before I bought something else I'd come to my senses. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
I have all the "OTHER" knives I will EVER need or want.
The only thing I need or want is Scrap Yard Knife Company's next release! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
I looked till I was sick of looking,had the money to spend... and decided to wait.
I have NEVER been dissatisfied with any SYKC blade and why throw my hard earned dough away on a knife that will leave me wanting. Wanting Dans next release. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Will follow your heart,but what Chris said is true... Big Dogs bride was eluding to a release soon. With the Ohio Show on the 9th of February I'll bet he will sell off all the odds and ends that do not sell at the booth in Dayton.
