Looks like a Badger Attack 3 Variant to me but I'm really just guessing.

I believe it is a Busse Buffalo Soldier. The blade lenge is 4.5" overall 9.25" long. I don't remember the thickness or date of release. I think that pic is the one used on the Busse Collectors site. If you go there you may find some specs on it.

Busse Collecter lists the thickness at 0.187; a year isn't listed, but I'd guess 2003 from some posts I found on BF through a Google search.
