I like the Mosins I have a M-44 that I love I think, I want a 91/30 in sniper setup with that soviet PU scope just looks so wicked.

Leatherface you are correct you need a Mosin they are not even a 100 bucks and the scout idea is a very noble cause, my dad just got one and already started to "scout" it he removed of bayonet and its lug also chopped the forestock and it already is a pound and a half or so less weight.

Another great thing about Mosins are the 7.62/54 cartridge. They are cheap and plentiful and now Wolf makes the sniper version which really helps accuracy without having to handload.

I am more into the Enfields right now but a sniper clone and a carbine are on my want list.

joe, the tan one is yours, its real nice i was told it may be hungarian but i thought it had russian markings. i will check later. enfields are awsome too, i was in my enfield faze last month, ill be posting my enfields when i can on that site ill let u know when i do that, gotta love an enfield.
