Very nice setup you have there, mate!

Mind me asking how much it all weighs (knives, sheath, straps... the lot!)?

I've actually never bothered to see how heavy the whole rig is.

To me it feel like around 3-4 pounds. 2lb FBM, 1 lb RMD, 1-1.5 lb of sheath. I don't know If I can consider this light or heavy. It certainly feels really heft in the hands. On the belt, it does a good job trying to pull my pants down.

But, really, I don't mind the heft.

Right now, I'm keeping the RMD and FBM separate. I really like the RMD horizontal and at the small of my back/waist. I can quickly draw it in reverse and forward grip. The FBM is most likely gonna just be by itself for a while.

Wow! That is a fantastic looking combo. You have me thinking about a DFLE+SS4 combo rig. Hrmmmmmm.

I felt like doing a rig that could carry everything. I have my pouch, cbk, and a folder. Of course, the RMD and FBM is there.

Sharp, with all that steel on one side you're going to end up with one leg shorter than the other!

Microtech Fullsize SOCOM Elite with S90V and Part. Serr.

It's a fairly thick bladed knife. 3/16 inch stock with the same width "rocker lock" 9.25 inches long.

Here's some artsy shots

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!! Right...

Yes it is heavier than just the RMD and FBM alone. Though, I've converted one of my wider belts into a "duty belt". Wearing the rig at my stomach than at my waist. It's higher and the rig won't be pulling my pants down.
