Yeah, what Vance said. STR does nice "low rider" clips.

I wanted a small spyderco for a smaller and lighter EDC.I've been really liking my Spyderco Ladybug. I have the plain edge in VG-10. Here's a pic of some: ![[Linked Image from aceros-de-hispania.com]](http://www.aceros-de-hispania.com/image/spyderco-penknife/penknife-ladybug3-lbkp3.jpg)

I was looking at the ladybug, but I liked the Meerkat better. ![[Linked Image from innerpointcutlery.com]](http://www.innerpointcutlery.com/images/c64-meerkat-md.jpg) I especially like the little clip (easily moved to either side) that allows you to keep just inside you pocket or belt. Unsub would like it because its sharp, small, easily concealable, and easily placed in numerous ways over your body.

Thanks. if you want uber cool "STR" on bladeforums makes custom titanium low rider clips. he has his own section under the MAKERS site tip up on my RAT TRAP ![[Linked Image from i4.photobucket.com]](http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y146/TUCKERGUN/SCRAPYARD/honeymoon003-1.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i34.tinypic.com]](http://i34.tinypic.com/jkuikm.jpg) Here's a Military Steve did a clip for I used to own. | | |

I just got a Pro Hunter. It compares favorably to the Rat Trap. Both are thin, lightweight, great ![[Linked Image from i525.photobucket.com]](http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc334/elmaloperro/blade-tech019.jpg) EDC knives.

Well the caly3 is as awesome as I had hoped. If you cut a lot of cardboard or carpet then you need a ZDP blade. It is even better than my convex ground SS4 at cutting thick heavy cardboard. I liked it so much I bought an StreetBeat from Pitman. ![[Linked Image from i529.photobucket.com]](http://i529.photobucket.com/albums/dd337/Unsubb/FB15_L.jpg)

It balances just behind the pivot. Nice ergos. The miniature choil makes it easy to do fine cutting with it. Overall, I like it just as much as the Rat Trap, except the warranty on the Rat Trap is better.

Logan: then just get a fixed blade!!! what the heck are you doing that is breaking folder locks?
(not that I would call either of those folders "hard use" or anything)
