I like the Emerson better than the Spyderco. Just my opinion though.

It is just an accident, but the Mora 2000 just happens to fit perfectly with my Max water bottle carrier. I carry a scrapper on my belt, but a handy backup knife is always good. I don't know if I'll carry the orange one or not. the green ones sort of blends in. I made a keeper for it out of paracord with a cord lock. Almost looks like it was made for it

May favorite folder is my gerber applegate fairbairne covert folder. 154CM steel and dagger style blade. used it alot over the years. However, according to my dad, anything but a case sodbuster is worthless and what he calls a CPOS. I guess if they had a pocket clip and a lock on the sodbuster, I would get one.

Got one of these yesterday. I like it. It's a Spyderco Lum limited edition with anodized aluminum OD green scales.

I like Lum's designs. That one is nice. I have a DejaVoo that is a Lum design.

My first 154CM knife as well.
Orange handle, love it!

I am liking that blade design. Does the grip feel small and unballanced though? I doubt it does based on some of his other designs.

No, it feels great in my hand. I have average sized hands. It actually isn't really blade heavy either. I think the anodized aluminum helps to balance it out. I am really liking it. It might feel too small for a person with large hands but should be fine for anyone with small to average sized hands. It came razor sharp too.

KS, now I know why you are ready for college ball! Got to love that new tv and all the enjoyment it will bring--especially since you get to stay warm when the cold drops in LOL.

Right now I'm carrying an emerson cqc 7 with the spearpoint blade. Actually a bit bigger than I need as an everyday knife, but I like the feel of solidarity it has plus it just feels good in my hand. Oh and I've been playing around with my CRKT ringer2 (the karambit bladed one) sorta neat and fun to play with. BUT, don't twirl it around and get your other hand in the way! When will I ever learn that sharp and pointy things can cut and pierce soft squishy things!!!
