I'm debating between a Spyderco Stretch or Benchmade 940 for my next folder. Keeping my eyes peeled for used ones on the forums.

I'm moving back to more traditional folders of late, namely CaseXX Trappers. They are calling to me....more so than tactical folders.

Of those three, the middle one is my favorite. But I like them all. I used to have a pile of 'em. But they disappeared about the same time as my first wife. I think I might have done ok on the deal...

I've got a Case or two around here, I prefer the older Carbon steel ones though. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

This new Rajah II is one LARGE folder. Just under 1 pound and came ridiculously sharp from Cold Steel. A 6 inch blade folding knife just seems like a gimmick but it sure is NOT.
This a a Kukuri BRUTE of a folder.
For $80.00 on E-Bay I couldn't go wrong.

What a folder!

Peace.

Tom I wish I looked like that now. Been off work since Sept.27th 2010. Two back to back knee replacements. Now I have a blown and herniated disc at L2 and L3 and 4 are collapsed onto each other.
Pinched nerves and numbness that NEVER stops for a single second.
My wife Sherry is doing all our jobs by herself.
NOT a good place in my life yet again.
If health troubles were dollars instead I could retire by now! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

No more whining by me. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

NOW OFF TO A NEW POST !!!-------------------------------------------

I hated the first CRK Sebenza I had. It was ugly.
Used and opened like a truck tailgate.

HATED IT! Swore I'd never spend that much on a knife again. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

What a idiot. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/loopy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" />

I was half asleep last on Percocet falling asleep and I pulled the trigger on a $470 Chris Reeve Sebenza. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />
Born on Feb.23rd 2011 This is the latest steel S35VN and it has Tamboti Wood inserts.Whatever the wood is it's gorgeous at least!

I woke up today and saw I paid for it too. Scrambled to put 5 knives I don't care for on E-Bay to cover my [censored].

So without undue delay ..My latest mistake.
