Just wanted to chime in and give my thanks to those members that serve. Thanks for doing what you do. Play safe.

It was never posted any where that I saw. I emailed her and asked. She responded the same time I got my DF confirmation. I just wanted to make sure that my brothers and sisters in the armed forces knew as well. FYI.... I am in the Army Reserves but am on active duty for the next year or so.

As a former tank platoon leader myself, I think it is great that SYKCO offers a military discount to those now serving. We have a heap of veterans here on the forum. I did a hitch in the Air Force and later took a commission in the Army. You guys that are now serving need SY knives more than us old collectors do. tanks but no tanks. too tall to fit inside those things. and i like to be able to stretch my legs...

Tanks did a great job in Fallujah. They are great at opening doors (or making new ones).
Private Klink you should come on back, we have a shortage of machine gunners right now <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Glad to hear it. Scrap yard is a great company and if any one deserved the discount it is the active duty officers.

Just active duty officers deserve the discount!! I am active reserves and am a SSG, don't I deserve it? I think that anyone in uniform regardless of rank or status deserves a discount ANYWHERE!! It is rare now a days to find a company that takes care of the military and my hat is off to Scrap Yard Knives!!
