Hi.
I placed an online order for a sheath on 02/17, and received the email confirmation, but never any shipping confirmation - so I sent an email to the sales address on 02/21 but haven't heard anything back.
Is this normal? I have no idea what to expect.

Welcome D! I got an email from Patti regarding an order of mine that is pretty slow (slower than yours!) - she said that things have been very hectic lately and that she'll get back to me.
I've never seen anything not squared away - although some delays happen (since it is a smaller family operation).
