At $10.00 over the cost of the original DM with a double-cut finish and standard small Res-C handle, the DMDC is arguable the best deal Scrap Yard knives has ever made. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> I don't "need" another 5" knife either. But I'm not an idiot. My only regret is that I'll only be able to buy one of them.
