This is my first purchase and I have not yet received my DF. I received an order confirmation on 2/14 and my credit card has been charged. Still no DF. I have sent 4 emails and no one has responded back to me. This is the way customers are treated here or is it just me? I contacted another member and he received his DF within 7 days. Any advice on how I can have someone in customer service contact me? I still want my DF and do not want to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge since I've gotten nothing yet. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> [color:"blue"] [/color]

Where abouts do you call home? I would PM Patti or Dan as well. I know for a fact that many of my emails end up in a SPAM filter before they have a chance to get to Patti. Once they get wind of an issue they are prompt on taking care of you. I've never dealt with a more fair and honest company, with the possible exception of Himalayan Imports, but it's very close. The Busse family are good people.

Thanks for the reassurance. I live in California so it might take longer for the mail. I will patiently wait for a reply from Patti or Dan. I will be placing an order tomorrow night for the DMDC. I'm addicted to this stuff.

Hmm for that matter, any guesses on when the DMDC's will ship? I'm crossing my fingers that the shipping with be rapid (for 14 ship&handle, it ought to be fairly fast). However, I'm patient, and i DO already have more knives than I'll need in a lifetime <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

You have some good advice so far. Contact Patti as suggested and she will get everything worked out. Remember that SY is a relatively small opertaion and is currently going through a move from one state to another so I imagine even things that seem simple to us as customers are not so simple on the inside. I know you may be worried a bit, but you will not get ripped off. I have seen nothing but the best of efforts from this company.
