Busse is another way of spelling the word "BEST." I rest assured that when I buy from them, my products will live up to unimaginable abuse, and if they do mess up, Busse makes it right. Period.

When did everyone become so impatient? What happened to the 4-6 weeks for delivery time frame we used to live in.
I am not picking on NN, but relax, these folks are professionals....this is what they do and you will get your DF.

NNA, you beat me to the bowl and I got in maybe 1-4 seconds after it was up. I can live without one though. I already have user FBM, DFCG, and a battle rat. I wanted a backup though so I could mod mine fearlessly. You'll love it. Its definitely worth the wait.

This is my first purchase and I have not yet received my DF. I received an order confirmation on 2/14 and my credit card has been charged. Still no DF. I have sent 4 emails and no one has responded back to me. This is the way customers are treated here or is it just me? I contacted another member and he received his DF within 7 days. Any advice on how I can have someone in customer service contact me? I could be mistaken, but it looks like ColdOne received multiple blade shipments today, and from the Res-C handle to blade length proportions, Dog Fathers were among them. What a mail day!

I received an email from Patti and they are shipping my DF. They had a bad zip code on the package and it got returned to them. You guys were 100% right, SY is a stand up company and Patti made things right. I will continue to buy from SY. Thanks guys for your reassurance.
