The no speakie no english is a common occurance. I worked with an asian engineer who had way too many whiskeys and plowed down several mail boxes. The only reason he said he didn't drive off was because he was stuck. When a home owner called the cops, he went into the no speakie english. They got a translator from our company to intervene. And would you believe it, he got off with nothing more than a warning!!

DMelone, we all need to vent. I am glad your UAV (urban assault vehicle) was strong and had proper rear armor protection. Glad you we not injured. There its Eastern Europeans, here its illegal Mexican aliens. A bunch of them got busted here two days ago on the Saint Simons Island causeway. No drivers license, no registration, no insurance. This failure of our leaders to properly control immigration has led to a host of social probems and threatens our American civilization.
