hey everyone new to the site, awaiting my lucky dm. Any one the last time the yard guards were released? I think that would be my first choice for an all around work knife.

Ok after a little research I found 19th of April 2007 was the first released date but I don't recal if there was a second release or if it was just in the store for a while,I know the Hook was.

i think the guard sold out much faster than the hook......but ive been wrong before

If you aren't too stuck on a res-C/SR-77, they still have mini Uncle Mojo's in the swamp rat store. They have the same blade profile but with micarta handles and SR-101. The yard guard is a great blade. I definitely prefer it over the yard hook. If you're interested in the yard hook also, I could live without mine.
