I just saw the new Morganton NC event April 12-13 and I'll definitely be shooting there. Anybody else going? I'll most likely be at the Creedmore NC shoot in November also.

If you've been thinking about it, jump right in! they are a lot of fun, especially for new shooters. If you have any questions just ask <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

If anybody else is going, we should meet up somewhere.

Sounds like a good time, wish I could go. I shot in one GSSF match years ago. I am a big Glock fan as well. I have a 27, 23 and a 21.

I've tried all kinds of pistols and with the exception of the HK P7, there really isn't anything at any price that I like more than a Glock(I'd still rather CCW the Glock but the P7 is definitely higher performance if you can overlook the 8 rd mags). I figured I'd get a lot more responses on here. I was a glock fan before Scrapyard was ever around, but I was drawn here for the same reason as I was to the Glocks. Rugged, reliable, no frills raw performance easily hanging with competition twice the price.

My favorite is the 35.

Another one that shot GSSF years ago. IIRC, I came in 3rd in the second division or somesuch, anyway, I won $25.00.

The competition is set up much differently these days, but I could see where it would still be fun.
