I will be embarking on my motorcycle trip to Key West from Boston at exactly 06:00 tomorrow morning. I figure three ten hour days in the saddle will get me there for my birthday on Saturday. I will be taking my CRKT folder, my leatherman, and my Cold Steel SRK. I carry the CRKT folder in the small of my back, the leatherman on my belt and the SRK in the saddlebags.

4oclock on my belt, right hand side. with the new special edition rainwalker sheath (the best sheath i have ever owned) it carries better than anything i have ever loaded on my belt... it will never be moved from my belt when im on or off my GSX-R.

Maverick - good luck on the trip. You really dont know that you are getting yourself into ifyou have never made a trip that long.. You are going to be contemplating suicide by the time you get to NC if you are on a sport bike brother.

Keep the knives on you and keep them handy, a good knife should always be in arms reach. getcha a Busse Scotch Dispenser!

Reconseed, didn't you have a ZX6R Ninja? What kind of GSX-R do you have now? I'd love to get a bike, but college and a lack of money seem to prevent that. Maybe I'll have to settle for a dirt bike once I start working again this summer.

The CRKT folder is one of my favorite EDC. I have batoned with it through hickory and it still serves me well. It also has that feeling that it fits your hand. If I had a bike, it certainly would be with me.

Yea man i did. I wrecked it and did about 3 grand damage to the entire front side. I decided it was better to trade it in wrecked and pay $4,000 cash and get a new bike than fix an old one. I got a brand new GSX-R 600. here are some pictures.

I post pics of the sheath when I get it.

No pics of my bike, I'll get some this or next weekend. I have some on my dads camera to.

Have you done the dragon yet?
