I have in front of me three great knives: Scrapyard Dogfather CG, Busse SFNO CG, and Busse HOG Edition ASH1. I would not have been able to get any of these three knives, had it not been for the great kindness and helpfulness of two Dogs, here. One of these two good souls bought a Dogfather for me at a time when I couldn't, and held onto it for me for over a year, until I could buy it from him. The other good soul (A) made an arrangement with me where he bought two ASH1 knives through me, so that I could buy the HOG Edition ASH1; and (B) bought a Steel Heart E from me, to help me get the funds to buy an SFNO.
What is a Furry Dogfather, you might ask? Well, these fine fellows helped me make my knife wishes a reality, and "Furry Dogfather" sounds more appropriate than "Fairy Godmother". <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
To the Furry Dogfathers who have been so good to me: Thank you. Your help is greatly appreciated. You've made a difference to me.
I will think of you when I use these knives. Cheers to you!

Always good to hear about the Yard looking out for its own. Really glad that things worked out for you.
Any photos of your HOG ASH-1? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The dogs are good folk.
Thanks.
No pics, yet, CO.
I don't generally take pics of my knives. (You've probably noticed.) I was actually considering taking some of my Busse t-shirts out of my storage locker for a suitable background for some photos... but I couldn't get that done any time, soon. Or perhaps I should shoot it, on an outing?

Congrats on the nice knives and "Furry Dogfather" definitely fits the 2 people who helped out. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Probably the best group of guys on the net right here in the yard. I am still relatively new, but for some reason I would trust most of the people here having never met them.
