Is it just me, or did Dan say he wanted to see pictures of us Dogs using our Yard knives - IN ACTION - in a unique springtime setting?!? I think the only two who followed his instructions were PoP and myself!

usually just me and Maisy on my hikes though and she sucks at taking pics !!!

finding someone willing to take the pics sure is hard isn't it!

Seems to me that getting a family member, friend, or neighbor shouldn't be too hard to do - after all, it's for a free ScrapYard knife! My nearest neighbor is a mile down the road, but I would not be afraid or embarrassed to put him to work if my wife wasn't around.

lol
a mile?!
mine is about 6 inches away. (through a wall! )
well, I guess getting someone to go where you want to take the pics is the more difficult part.
looks like everyone has posted some pretty good pics so it must not be that hard!

I don't have a chance! There are SO many really good action pics in this thread. Today I worked until sunset in the yard. By the time I went to take pics of the DFLE, it was Beer time! Maybe tomorrow I'll get some action shots. The Beer Hunter.

What camera do you have?

That night vision is better then my goggles.

Of course mine are russian gen1(simaliar to the starlight scope you may be familiar with).

You must have a built in IR iluminator.

I have a Canon A550. I don't really have any night vision with IR illumination. I just increased the brightness, reduced the contrast, and went to a green tint. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

Is night vision illegal in Georgia or something?

Probably. I just don't ask anymore. I'm probably breaking some stupid law by drinking a Schlitz and typing this post. No man's life, liberty, or property are safe when the Georgia General Assembly is in session. Darned Atlanta Taliban.
