the UK guys I know (online) seem to hate their laws more than I make fun of them. I'm surprised, I personally find the Brits are witty, fun and have good taste. (not counting Paul the Brit of course! he's special <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />) I didn't mean to imply the problem was caused by any British members. I don't have a problem with any of the Brits nor they with me, as far as I know. The forum has its rules and that's okay. The yard has rules too.

Willie, maybe the country of origin of this watch forum is one of the reasons they are so "PC" do you know it? I investigated a little and I think they're based in the Netherlands. At least their phone number contains a country code.

Hey Bors...I have that exact same watch.
I have had many watches, some of them costing several hundred dollars. I have sold or broke all of them. That one right there is probably my favorite ONE. If I had to chose one based on toughness, that is it.
I have also become very cheap as I have gotten older. I have a casio atomic watch too. I bought it brand new from Target. They were clearancing it out for $14!!! Of course I couldn't say no.
I like it a lot too, but the reason I like the solar is that it has no battery. I figure it has less chance of dying on me when needed.
I will never buy and expensive watch again. Only casio.
