It will come down to price being the motivator for me on this one. I'm actually glad this release isn't the S7...especially in 154cm. Kinda watching my spending more than usual right now.

I went with $99.95 - $109.94 although I hope it won't be that high -- in fact, I don't think that the MPLE should really cost more than an S6, but I'd be quite pleasantly surprised if it came in for as little as the DCDM release. As to how much 154cm steel costs, I believe raw materials are a fairly small portion of the cost; after all, we're only talking about a few ounces per unit. I think that most of the price reflects the equipment, time and talent that goes into making a Scrap Yard knife.

It'd be kinda cool if we could all pick our own unique numbers, but I don't see that happening. Which is why I'd rather have them have no number at all (and the 154cm stamp shrunk or gone).
