Yeah, any jeweler worth his salt will take care of you. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> It should have lasted through what you described. It still stinks though. trewtungsten?
you shouldn't have any trouble getting it replaced. there's no way a toilet should have chipped it like that, but tungsten IS brittle. hard as can be, but brittle.

If you use DMT stones or other diamond impregnated stones, be careful. Those will scratch the finish of tugsten bands and the polished finish is very difficult to replicate/return once scratched. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
