With last nights stabbing to death of a Harry Potter movie star London is it seems going on a rampage against knives.

Criminals will ALWAYS manage to obtain guns,knives,razors,broken glass shards or anything suitable for committing a crime or killing another.It is the innocent people who need fear these laws. Sorry for the rant,but this bodes ill for our friends across the ocean,and the outcry will always stir up stupidity around the globe.

Criminals dont care about laws... a law against knives wont work but it sounds good for people that don´t understand

I completely agree with you guys. Here in Italy we have the same (stupid, IMO) law against the knives...these kind of laws are good just to show to the people that politicians are taking care against criminality...not to really decrease criminality

Whats up with all the poo poo sorounding Harry Potter recently?

And to think, this weekend I exercised my 2A rigths and bought myself a Ruger Alaskan in .44 Magnum. Best of all my CCW permit allowed me to skip the 3 day waiting period.

Hopefully, well never get to that point.

When Criminals are in charge they protect their own with laws that restrict law abiding citizens.....

It never ceases to amaze me how many people in this world think they can cut down on crime rates by making more things illegal.

Politicians are idiots who believe making something illegal will instantly solve the problem; the only knife I can legally carry is a SAK.. Therefore I go out with a SAK onto streets with sheeple and gun and machete toting criminal scum running loose.. Oh and if I kill a burglar in MY home, I have to show it was reasonable to have killed a career piece of s**t who had broken into my home to rob it (or attack the residents..). Once an Englishman's home was his castle, now the marauding brigands have rights (but no responsibilities) and God help the defender if a poor brigand stubs his toe while ransacking your house.
