I LOVES me some Man from Snowy River. Even more bullwhip action than an Indiana Jones film, and a bit more traditional.

I just realized. I now have eight Busses. That's not quite as many Scrappers as I own. So this afternoon, I gathered them for pictures. These are all users. ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses001.jpg) First the big ladies, my Mistresses, stripped and convex edged. ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses002.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses015.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses016.jpg) Next up, my mid-sized Busse choppers: NMSFNO, Sarsquatch, SAR7. ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses003.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses005.jpg) And now my little Busses: the 2007 ASH1 SE, Skinny ASH1, and HG55LE. ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses008-1.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses010.jpg) Check out this sheath Jeff made for it. Too cool. Matching scallops. ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses011-1.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses013-1.jpg) And finally, a shot of the NMSFNO next to the FBM. Two fine choppers! [img] http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses017.jpg[/img] [img] http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/Busse/Busses018.jpg[/img]

Does that FBM chop through wood better with the convex edge?

Does that FBM chop through wood better with the convex edge? Check out Daniel Koster's website it has some good info and shows the tangent lines of a convex edge. It might help you decide.

Mmmm 700 vtr, in .308? Hole in the end looks big. How do you like the ports on the end, I have heard mixed reviews on the the porting, but they like everything else.
