If you could only order only one of the new knives, which whould it be and why?
I'm leaning towards the Bird Dog because I think it would get the most use for bass, dove, and squirrel.

The MP has those classic AD lines with a Mudder handle.

I voted for the Mud Puppy. It's more my kind of knife. I like the BD, but I like the MP better. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Yeah, and they sell for HUNDREDS. There were 3 sizes, and they're D2...

I voted Bird Dog, but honestly, I want both. I'd used them both equally, depnding on what kind of hunting/camping/fishing I'm doing.
Has anyone heard release dates yet????

I voted MPLE. The tip is much less likely to bend like the one on my BDLE. (It came that way from blade - about 1-2 degrees off in the first 1/2") I don't have any pics of the bent tip, but it straightened out very easily. It has me concerned as to what it can handle.
