I'd like Dan's next knife to be made out of . . .
single choice

I had high hopes for the 154CM, but it just isn't tough enough. I have stainless knives that can take more abuse than 154CM. If I am going to pay Busse prices I want Busse peformance, so I'd prefer the SR77.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Maybe he could make some folders with it. Or those little party favor skeleton handled novelty knives. He could give them away free with every real Busse knife he sells.

I'm under the impression that Jerry bought "tons and tons" of 154CM. He's got to do something with it.

That's my impression too....
two out of three family brands produced knives with that steel... it means something.
Let's hope there isn't too much 154cm left....

I'm not under that impression at all, emf. I'm under the impression that Jerry bought "tons and tons" of 154CM steel. He's got to do something with it.
true...
man!
well, if they keep using it maybe they will make improvments on the way the HT and get it how we thought it would be in the first place.

(thats what I'm hoping)
