Wow,

Comp SARsquatch... with convex grind... I could use one of those.

+1

I tried a couple of different ways to work out a Proxy deal for a SARSquatch and a Hell Razor from Blade, but couldn't get it worked out.

They are still pricey orders for me and I shouldn't right now, but I really saw value in the SARSquatch's "general" design.

I really hope when Jerry sales them online the prices are sub-$287. Maybe he could re-release the $247 Mud Razor's again and have a "Special" pricing on the SARSquatch's at the same $247.

Personally, on the SARSquatch, I would probably have to do a little regrinding to the swedge and maybe to the top of the guard around the thumb area, but otherwise, it looks pretty decent.

I still want a satin Scrapweiler at a good price though!

.

Here you go, a direct comparison between the Tramp, Sarsquatch and Chopweiler.

Oh the PAIN! I need a Sarsquatch! As Joe Tex might say,"Give it me, I got to have it...I'm big ole man, now"

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Knife you have outdone yourself (again!) that satin Scrapweiler LE is a work of art! Let's hope Dan is looking in, the product is designed and the buyers are baying!

I think the Sarsquatch is a major step in the right direction for BC but as it doesn't have res-C I'll pass!

Me, too. I actually do want a SARsquatch more than a Hell Razor now.

The comp grade SARsquatches just appeal to more than ever... minus the swedge. I could do with out the swedge and have a penetrator tip instead. Even so, a radiused tip would be better, like the RMD.

I have a Hell Razor. It’s a nice knife, but not a great chopper.

The Sarsquatch looks like a good chopper, but so far I haven’t read any reports from the field.

I wish I could have afforded a Chopweiler. A midsized general purpose knife that also chops well is a big gain in my book.
