Fish knocker? Definitely could be.. I was requested from a friend to make a Deer finishing club... here's the product. And of course it was started by my s5le.
AND... just like my s5le it has been tested successful.
Mesquite is a hard wood.

Maybe 1 1/2 sheet total (1/2 60 , 1/4 100, 1/4 150 and some 220).. it's just that hours that are the killer...
BUT I LOVE THE OUTCOME.
actually just getting myself geared up to grind on some knife steel.
