Actually it kinda is. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I've been wanting a mid size to large knife, one like the RD7, a knife that can do pretty much anything decently well.

I think the camp tramp would be too much like the s6.
In terms of size, the Yard Guard/Yard Hook is closer to the Camp Tramp than the Scrapper 6 is, mac. See for yourself:

Looks pretty close to me.

idk... shouldn't the s7 be the s7?
light, fast... the simple good old s6 only longer?

I think the s7 could come out, AND then one of these knives which seem more like smaller choppers/camp knives. (yeah I said it!)

...
obviously this poll is a trick, the s7 has to be the s7!
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

although I could go for knifeguys concept, I still think we need the s7!

Have to agree on this, light, fast, the simple good old s6 only longer.

Whichever 7.5" blade design Dan decides on is fine with me. We've had Mutts, Yard Keepers, and little EDCs. Time for some bigger blades. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I could definitely use a longer blade.

The black finish will wear of much quicker then the tan on your FFBM and my tan hook.
SYKCo black coating comes off very quick.

I voted Tali-Whacker, as I just sold mine for Class 3 funds. Camp Tramp a close second.

What about the coating on the grey/muddy Scrapper 6? finish/coating more durable than the black on its brothers?

Your tan s6?

Yeah, thats the coating I'm talking about.
Busse's tan coating has to compleatly smooth over before it wears off.
I would say it lasts about 3 times longer then the black.

once again... is this from personnal experience?
cause I always thought the black SYKW finish and the Tan would be the same...
I think we would be told about it if that was true.
maybe busse finish is diffeent, but I would think SYKW finsihes would not differ.

once again, I reliable source always helps.

not personnaly experience, it could be the different grinds on the blade that make some finishes hold up differently.
