Happy 4th! I just finished some homemade chicken wings and fries a little while ago, and the grill will be going later with burgers, hotdogs and brats.

I'll be making some baby backs and watching fireworks tonite. The wife made some mint juleps but I don't dare have any until we get home from the fireworks.
Mint juleps should have a warning label:
The Surgeon General has determined even though this stuff tastes like sweet iced tea that it will knock you on your butt before you can say "Gone with the wind".

Mmmm ribs. Im going to a friends tonight so im not sure what he is gonna be grilling. I want some chicken and tritip oh with some cornbread and slaw.
