yeah we've asked, pleaded, begged! we thought when the Swamp Warden came out and all it's popularity maybe one was destined to come out here, but nay. their was even an "under 30" hint/tease that we thought; "could it be?!" but alas no, it may not be his thing. I don't blame you guys for trying <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I tried dozens of companion knives for my DFLE and think the HairyCarry is the best so far. The Yk's and Mutts are far to thick for the kind of delicate work you would want for a companion knife and you have a DF for the big stuff. The Muppy would be a good choice if you want to stay in species or an SS4 although i find the mudder handles to big for piggyback sheaths they would work well with a separate sheath.

Whichdog i LOVE your avatar. he is so [censored] adorable! It reminds me of when Stephen colbert was watching the video of Noel the polar bear cub. "Oh no he's making me love him" !

I honestly think we will get a Necker eventually simply because the swarden was so popular and the 154 steel is perfect for it. I bet the S7 or S9 is next though.

yeah, DF+SS4 combo has been at the top of my list, whenever I get my MuttPuppy (the one I won) I'll check that out too.

Wow... nice! I like that. I tend to be pretty choosy, but I would definitely carry that Rattail.
